TOKYO, May 16 (Reuters) - Nippon Yusen, Japan's
biggest shipping company, is in talks with Tokyo Electric Power
Co and trading house Mitsubishi Corp to buy a
stake in Australia's Wheatstone gas project, a Nippon Yusen
