Foreign Policy: The Peace Prize Nobody Wants
China has nominated Ban Ki-moon, Kofi Annan and others for its Confucius Peace prize. But Colum Lynch of Foreign Policy thinks the winner will be reluctant to accept an international peace prize from China, given the country's reputation for human rights violations.
